We found Mel Mowat from a Team Elfassy flyer and we were interested in the 1% commission. And I am SO thankful we did. Mel and the whole machine that Team Elfassy has got set up have been amazing for both selling and buying. Mel is so knowledgeable and friendly and has shown a deep understanding of the markets we were looking in (selling in Bradford, buying in Newmarket-Aurora). The services the team provides for just 1% commission are also great. Mel clearly showed this was not her first rodeo and we felt like we were in great hands the whole time.

We highly recommend Marina and Team Elfassy as real estate agents. For the 1% fee they provided stellar service. From the moment we met Marina, she was professional, friendly and able to answer all of our questions. Once our condo went on the market, it sold relatively quickly for a fair price thanks to their hard work listing it with real and virtual photos, showing the place as well as doing all the negotiations with the buyers.
