My experience with the Dave Elfassy team was great! Myself and my family were working with one of their agents Sean Miller for over two years and he was so patient and understanding to all of our needs. Never did we feel pressured or rushed into buying a home that was not perfect for us. Whenever we were interested in a home he was always very flexible and available to show it to us as soon as possible, whether it be on the weekend, evenings or even holidays, he always accommodated our busy schedules. He also was very honest and knowledgable about the current market and the neighbourhood we were interested in.

When we finally found our dream home he was quick to write up the offer we wanted to submit and negotiated with their agent to make the deal happen. Thanks to him and the whole team we are happy to say we found our home and in the perfect time, before our family welcomes a new baby. We can not wait to make tons of new memories in this home and enjoy it for years to come!

I had just recently retired and was ready to downsize. I wanted to save as much money as I could in realtor fees. I was a bit hesitant to sign up for a 1% broker, wondering if it was the real deal, but read plenty of reviews and decided to phone Dave Elfassy’s team. Sean Millar contacted me promptly and provided quick and professional service - he truly knows the business of selling houses. Within hours of speaking to him, I was sent the listing information for my home. I asked him to come by to see the house and assess it himself to see if I was asking for the right amount of money. Sean set up a meeting with me the next morning at my home and gave excellent advice on how to better stage my home so that it looked its best. During the process, he was easy to access and quick to respond. Within days, the photographer and house inspector arrived. I sold my house in 10 days in a very tough summer market. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sean! Thank you for everything!

As an absentee owner selling the property, Lena our real estate agent helped to ensure smooth process. She was prompt in keeping me updated with the progress and the state of the market advising when needed as to what we can do to sell. The market is tough and it took 3 months to get sold but out of over five thousand condos available in the market we were still able to sell.
