After that, working with the seller to negotiate the price, advocating on our behalf regarding inspection and repairs that followed from inspection, and working closely with the lawyer and the mortgage broker to ensure that we meet the requirements for the purchase transaction before the closing date.
Beyond that, there are many other things she did to ensure a smooth transition towards the closing date, and made herself available even after the closing date (i.e once we moved in) to answer our questions and to check-in.
Overall, it was a phenomenal experience. Not to mention the 1% commission (the fee was clearly explained in the beginning, and there were no hidden costs).
