A Record Setting Year In 2021

We just got our final sales numbers for 2021 – and despite all the challenges, we managed to accomplish something special.

With over a quarter of a billion dollars in real estate sold, and 227 clients helped, we set new team records. We also reached and surpassed two of our goals.

First, we became the #1 selling team in all of Vaughan. That’s been a goal for a few years, and we finally achieved it! We’re proud to say nobody sells more homes and helps more families in Vaughan than Team Elfassy.

Secondly, we surpassed our original goal by entering the Top 15 in all of TRREB for total sales.

What I’m most proud of is that our team managed to do it without sacrificing the quality of our service. Each and every person who works with us can expect our best.

I hope this can be an example to anyone who has a goal they’re looking to reach this year. With hard work and determination, you can make it happen.
