Live Open Houses Are Back!

We’re pleased to announce that we’re now hosting live open houses. It’s been a long journey to get to this point, and we’re looking forward to greeting all of you in person. In order to ensure everyone’s safety we’ll still be implementing the following COVID-19 protocols:

• Physical distancing, including capacity limits. Only one family/couple/bubble group will be allowed in at a time. Physical distancing will also be required for groups lining up outside.
• Bathroom usage is not permitted.
• Shoes must be removed upon entry into the home.
• Properly worn masks are mandatory for all visitors. Masks will be available for those who do not have a mask.
  
• Hand sanitizer will be available for all visitors. All visitors will be required to sanitize their hands upon entry into the home.
  
• No food, eating nor drinking will be allowed.
• No touching of any surfaces will be allowed. Our agents will be wearing gloves and will open all doors and drawers.

As always, for all of our listings we’ll have full information, photos, floor plans and a 3D Walkthrough on our website if you aren’t yet comfortable seeing the property in person.
