March 2021 Greater Toronto Real Estate Market Report
We ended the first quarter of the year with the market showing no signs of slowing.
Numbers are up, and in certain areas of the city they’re up quite dramatically.
One exception is the Toronto condo market. Numbers are still down year over year, but on a month-to-month basis there’s been significant improvement. We expect trend to continue as we head deeper into the spring and summer. If you’re looking to sell your condo and find a new home this may be the perfect time to enter the market.
Outside of downtown Toronto, the condo market is showing significant year-over-year improvement, along with strength in all other areas.
