We are absolutely delighted to team up with our Ward 4 Councillor, @chrisainsworthvaughan, for the 3rd Annual Pet Costume Party & Contest! 🐶🐱 Get your furry companions ready in their finest costumes and bring the whole family out for a day of ‘PET-tacular’ fun!
