“Team Elfassy does it again! 3 Years ago a family friend was going to help sell my house and give me a deal. Well you know about family friends. Not such a great deal at all. Just looking for another client. Team Elfassy’s 1%, now that’s a deal. I saw their signs all over the area I was from (many of them SOLD signs). Look the team up, read his reviews and gave him a call. We were on the same page. I did my research and so did Dave. I told him what I expected and we both agreed. The house would go up soon. He send in his stager and even covered the cost of a home inspection. The house went on the market and in 14.5 hours, the offer that was where I needed to be came in, and the deal was done. Then he had Steve and his team work on a new place for me in the area I wanted, and in no time I was ready to move into my new house (in Dave’s neighborhood even). Move ahead 3 years almost to the date and I’m ready to move on again. I texted Dave, and he called right away. He brought Steve into the picture and we were off to the races again. The stager made my home look so good (I almost wanted to stay)! This time it was a much different market, but his team adapted, and two competing offers came in within 2 weeks when nothing else seemed to be moving in my area. The job was done again. Great job team! Would I recommend his team? You bet, anytime!
