April 2021 Greater Toronto Real Estate Market Report
As we approach the summer, the market is showing continued strength. Month-over-month gains are down slightly, but they’re still excellent. There’s also continued growth in Downtown Toronto and the condo market in general.
A note on the large year-over-year increases – this is largely due to the lockdown measures taken in March & April of 2020. While we expect a strong market for the rest of the year, year-over-year increases will decrease in upcoming months.
