• You’ll know your realtor has proven experience. To qualify for and receive the ABR® certification, we needed to have a certain amount of successful real estate transactions. This certification means you can trust our experience and expertise.
• You’ll get a higher level of service. In most cases, the buyer’s agent’s commission is paid out of the seller’s proceeds. In rare cases, the agent’s commission comes from the buyer. As ABR® certified Realtors we can steer you away from homes where this is the case. We’re specially trained on this point and may bring it up when discussing the buyer representation agreement.
